I would love to introduce Wonderchat to more of my clients, but having the Wonderchat watermark on my chatbot presents a challenge. Many of my clients may decide to set it up on their own, which limits my ability to guide them through the process and ensure they get the best experience. As a result, this could actually reduce the number of businesses fully implementing and benefiting from Wonderchat.
By allowing me to remove the watermark during demonstrations, I would feel much more comfortable and confident in promoting Wonderchat to small businesses across Australia. Ultimately, this will lead to more businesses using your chatbot, as I will be actively onboarding and supporting them, rather than simply pointing them to your platform.
I completely understand the importance of branding, and I have no issue with my clients' final chatbot including the watermark once they are fully set up. However, if I can first introduce them to the chatbot without the Wonderchat branding, I can bring in more engaged and committed clients who will value the solution and use it long-term.
I truly believe this small adjustment would be a win-winโit allows me to confidently bring more businesses to Wonderchat while still ensuring they see the full value of your platform.
