We’re rolling out two of the smartest models available today:

  • GPT-5.1 - Fully available, highly capable, and ready for real work. Faster reasoning, stronger reliability, and noticeably improved creativity compared to GPT-5.

  • Gemini 3 Pro (Preview) - Powerful and cutting-edge, but still in preview. Ideal for experimentation, prototyping, and exploring what’s next, but may occasionally run into errors.

You can now name your API keys and limit their access to specific chatbots!
Previously, all API keys applied account-wide. Now you have fine-grained control over which chatbots your API keys can control.

What’s new:

  • 🏷️ Give each API key a clear, custom name.

  • 🎯 Scope keys to one or more chatbots instead of your entire account.

This makes it easier to keep your integrations tidy, revoke specific keys safely, and audit usage more effectively.

We’ve introduced correction types to give you finer control over how chatbot corrections are applied.

  • Exact Corrections — These are tied to highly specific questions or phrasing. The chatbot will only use them when it encounters very similar inputs, ensuring precise handling without overgeneralizing.

  • General Corrections — These are broader and become part of the chatbot’s overall knowledge. They help it learn from the correction and apply that understanding to related questions and topics.

All existing corrections are now treated as General by default.

You can update any existing correction to Exact at any time, or choose the correction type when creating new ones.

In the Chatlogs tab, you can now filter sessions by the number of messages exchanged. Quickly narrow your view to short or long conversations using the new message count filter.

In Analytics, sessions are now grouped by message count, giving you a clear breakdown of engagement patterns across conversations. This helps you identify how many sessions are short, medium, or extended, providing a better understanding of overall chat activity.

Our Shopify integration just got smarter! You can now retrieve orders by a customer’s email address or order ID.

Your existing setup will continue to work as before, but you can update your Shopify integration settings to enable order lookup by email, perfect for your customers who don’t remember their order number!

API-generated chatlogs are now tagged with the API Channel, enabling easier filtering and improved visibility in your chatlog views.

We’ve added message-level feedback so you can fine-tune your chatbot faster. Users can now give a thumbs up or down on individual messages and leave comments, viewable from within your chatlogs. Positive feedback is used to train your chatbot, while negative feedback is flagged for you to create corrections.
