Previously, top questions were curated at the end of each month. They now refresh continuously, providing an up-to-date view of the most common user inquiries as they happen.

Customer satisfaction and resolution rate have also been improved. These metrics were previously calculated once per day, but now update almost instantly, allowing you to monitor performance and respond to changes much faster.
