'Highlight on page' for user questions
If the chatbot is embedded into a page, and the user asks a questions about the page, it would be nice if there was a (not too intrusive) highlight that the agent could do for where to click on that page. This may be not quite possible yet, as it would require the LLM to process the HTML of the page to identify what it is talking about in itβs response.

Archive chatbots and not count toward plan
We use chatbots for our various trade shows, it would be nice to mark the chatbot inactive or archived and be able to keep them for a period of time, but not count toward our plan limit so that we can still access the data. These chatbots are only used for a period of time and we have various shows, so I have to delete the past show chatbots in order to create the future show chatbots. If I wanted to look at historical analytics, I wouldnβt be able to because the chatbots have been deleted. So it would be nice to not have βInactiveβ or βArchivedβ chatbots count toward the plan.

Inclusion of the average resolution rate and/or confidence level for each topic. This would help us spot the topics in most need of improvement The possibility to explore all the topics and not only the top 10. This would allow us to have a good view on all the topics discussed

I would appreciate the implementation of a feature that allows us to respond to client inquiries via email directly from the Chatlogs interface. This integration would eliminate the need to copy and paste the name and email address into an external email client, thereby streamlining our communication process.

remove the filter area
Could you please remove the filter area? I do not use it and it is very difficult to scroll the list of chats. When I use mousewheel, it scrolls too fast. Thank you Vaclav Jedlicka

Real-Time top questions
It would be good to get the top questions asked to be in line with the timeframe set in the overall analytics, so you donβt have to wait until the end of the month to see the top questions asked.
