Improved Topic Breakdown Analytics

  1. Inclusion of the average resolution rate and/or confidence level for each topic.

    This would help us spot the topics in most need of improvement

  2. The possibility to explore all the topics and not only the top 10.
    This would allow us to have a good view on all the topics discussed
