Add a time delay on "Spontaneously Greet User Message"

Would it be possible to be able to add in a time delay so the chatbot’s greeting message pops up after 10 seconds into a session?

Currently by appearing straight away it can cover some Cookie popup notification options (on some devices), leading to a less than ideal user experience.
