Chatbot is not automatically recrawling URLs weekly

Recrawl settings should be set to weekly,

but we started getting reports from customers that the chatbot does not know about the latest release notes and knowledge documentation added.

We currently release each month with new features and documentation, and have a team of ~3 people adding documentation for old functionality daily.

The โ€˜Last updatedโ€™ date is back in October 19th.

Is there something we can do to get it to recrawl and get updated information?
