Collect Feedback on Negative Chat Ratings

It would be helpful to collect written feedback when a user gives a negative chat rating.

Right now, while you can ask for feedback in the 'bad rating message,' if a user continues typing, the bot tries to continue the conversation instead of treating it as separate feedback.

I've tested this with the new chat workflow, but it doesn’t seem to pick up my prompt to trigger a specific message.

A dedicated feedback option would allow users to share their thoughts without it affecting the conversation flow.
