files indexed update frequency

Hey team,

We are wondering if there might be a classification or any other way for us to keep track our files indexed. Some of the info doesn’t change, some should be updated monthly and some yearly. Can there be a way to track them seperately. Indexed files section is sort of a mess with all the listed indexed files.
