I want to edit/delete chatlog tags.

As a manager I want to be able to edit or delete chatlog tags (in bulk).

I want to use these tags to see what topics chats are about mostly so I can update my knowledgebase accordingly.

When a new employee now adds unneeded chatlog tags, these cannot be deleted. Resulting in too many clutter.
