Negative comments never load

Steps:

  1. Go to Chatlogs

  2. Switch to our larger bot (bev)

  3. Try to load the negative conversations

Expected: Able to load it at least within a few minutes

Actual: We tried waiting more than 20-30 minutes but they never load
